Subscription purchased through our website or app

1. Click on this link: Manage Your Subscription.
2. Log in using your account details. Important: Emails and passwords are case-sensitive, so check capitalization carefully. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces.
3. View your subscription status and cancel it if needed.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play

• If Purchased via App Store:
  Follow the steps provided by Apple to cancel your subscription: Apple Support Guide.
• If Purchased via Google Play:
  Use Google's instructions to cancel your subscription: Google Support Guide.

Important Notes

• Deleting the App: Simply uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Ensure you follow the correct steps to cancel and receive a confirmation.
• Wrong Platform? If you can't find the option to cancel on the MyChallenge website, check the App Store or Google Play instead (see the links above).
